19 taxiway slab repairs 12’x15’

We had to excavate the dirt down to 23”. Back fill with 8” of 67 granite rock to achieve a 15” slab.

Epoxy 1” smooth dowels on 12” centers with each dowel is greased. 650 Flex concrete was placed at a 3” slump. After the broom finish is achieved a white pigment curing compound is spray applied. The white pigment in the product helps reflect the sunlight to aid in the curing process cutting down on cracking of sorts.
