Rail Scale Project

This project consists of a main supporting foundation that is 24” thick 5000 psi concrete. Reinforcement is #6 Rebar on 4” centers each way top and bottom. After the main slab is completed, the approaches to the scale are then formed up and anchored to the rebar that is attached to the foundation below. Each approach will have the #6 rebar top and bottom in 12” centers each way, concrete to be 5000 psi. There are 8 columns 24” square ten feet tall that will be formed and rebar installed. Rebar is #4 squares every 18” minimum. The concrete is 5000 psi. There are 6 anchor rods in each pier to fasten the tower that will be later attached for the cement silo.
